Ship Information

The Repulse is an Excelsior-class starship in the UFP Starfleet. She is designed as a general purpose vessel; for exploration, patrol, search and rescue, combat, diplomatic and other missions as required. The lead vessel of this type, the U.S.S. Excelsior (originally NX-2000) was the first to discover the fatal detonation of the Klinzhai moon Praxis while on a mapping mission under Captain Hikaru Sulu. The Repulse is a later Excelsior-class starship, and has been extensively refitted over time to incorporate technological advances and doctrinal and design modifications.
